How to Make Bread on a BBQ Grill!

How to bake bread on a BBQ Grill! Perfect for a summer cookout | Lavende&Lemonade

Its too hot to start up the oven, and I've discovered that my favorite rosemary flatbread recipe "bakes" beautifully right on the BBQ grill!  (Click here for the recipe)

This is rocking my world.  Fresh-baked bread at a cookout, yes please!

Here's how:

Turn on the grill, to high heat and let it preheat until very hot inside.

Lightly grease a large baking sheet and place the dough onto it. Let rise for another 10 minutes or so while the grill is heating up.

Place the baking sheet directly onto the grill, cover, and turn down the heat of the grill to medium.  Close the lid, and let the bread "bake" for about 15 minutes, until it is cooked through.

Its perfect tonight with slices of brie and a glass of wine.  This steamy day has turned out well after all!
